Installation


Installation User Management System v2.0.0

Please follow all the steps carefully...

  1. Download the file which you have purchased
  2. Upload Zip File in your server
  3. Extract the Zip file that you uploaded
  4. Create a Database using hosting database wizard
  5. Now Go to your Browser and Check http://www.yourdomain.com/
  6. Finally Click Finish Button. (Now you will redirect to Sing In Page)

  8. Now Give Your Email address(That is your user name) and password. Click Sing In Button. Now You can see dashboard.Here You can personalize what you want.

Note: If you using any folder location in your hosting to install this script, then you need some extra change in root (.htaccess) file on line number 3. You can open to edit this file on Notepad or Notepad++. Here will be adding your folder name as below picture:

How to use


Follow the instruction below

Registration:

  1. http://www.atique-it.com/ visit this link. To have an active account in TaskShop-Order Management System, you need to sign up first. There’s a "sign up" button at the home page from where you can register your account.

    Once you’ve clicked "Sign up" it will take you to a page where you can store your information. There’s total 14 type of information you need to give in order to register your account.

    1. First Name : Here you have to put your first name.
    2. Last Name : Here you have to put your last name.
    3. Email Address : You have to give your valid email address here.
    4. Password : Here you have to type a password for safety and security reason. The password has to have minimum 6 numbers/words.
    5. Re-Password : Here you have to re-type your password for cross check.
    6. Address One: Here you have to input your home address that you live in.
    7. Address Two: Here you have to input your home address that you live in.
    8. Website : If you own any website you can mention it here.
    9. Phone : Here you have to Input your personal phone number.
    10. State/Province : Here you have to give the name of your state.
    11. City : Here you have to give the name of your City.
    12. Post Code: Here you have to input your area’s postal code.
    13. Select Country : In this segment you have to select the country you belong to.
  3. Then you will have the option to select/deselect the weekly newsletter subscription option.

  5. If you select this you will then receive weekly newsletter. You can cancel that later also. Then you simply have to click on "SUBSCRIBE".

    Now you will be a valid account holder. Your personal information are completely safe with us. So you don’t have to worry about your privacy.

Dashboard:

  • After the completion of Log In procedure the whole dashboard will be in front of you. There will be a list of items at the left of the screen. Like these,

    1. Total Quote : It will show the total number of quotes submitted by you.
    2. Total Order : It will show the total number of orders you claimed from us.
    3. Total Invoice : It will show the total number of invoices made for you.
  • All these things will be showed like these.

    My Profile:

  • All the information you have given is stored already. But you can change that also. By simply pressing "Update" button, you can change your contact information..

    There will appear all the information like first name, last name, company name, address, town, state, post code, country, billing email address, telephone number that you have already given when you signed up. You can change anything you want here.

    Request a quote:

  • If the user wants to request a quote he simply needs to click on "Request Quote" button.

      Here you have to fill all the blanks.
    1. Job Title : You need to give a title for your job.
    2. Job Category : From a given list you have to choose the category of the job.
    3. Format : return file as : From a given list you can choose the format you want your images back.
    4. Do you need path : You can select whether you need the path or not here.
    5. Quantity (Number of images) : Here you can mention, in total how many images you need.
    6. Instruction Message : If you have any special message you can simply type that here.
  • Then you have to click "Next".

    Here you can see all the formats we support. The formats we support are;
    ZIP, JPG, AI, PSD, TIF, EPS, CR2, NEF, DNG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PDF, doc, 'xlsx', 'cad', 'pdf', 'doc', 'docx', 'ppt', 'pptx', 'pps', 'ppsx', 'odt', 'xls', 'xlsx', 'ico'

  • You can either choose your files from the directory or you can drag and drop them as well. All the formats you can choose your file from is given and you can upload as many files as you want. After selecting you just have to click “Finish�?.

    NOTE : Don’t upload one quotes files to another quote if you have too many quotes, as it will end up making us confused about your demand and mislead us.

    My Quote :

  • Any quote a user made will be shown in My Quote menu. After clicking "My Quote" a scene like this will appear.

    A bunch of things will appear in this segment.

    1. SL : It is the serial number of your quote.
    2. Quote ID : For each quote there will be a unique id which is referred as quote id.
    3. Job Name : It will be the name you have given while requesting this quote.
    4. Category : It will show the category you have given while requesting this quote.
    5. Deadline (Hr) : Total time required to complete this task will be shown here. It will be in hours.
    6. Start Date/ Time : Here you can see the starting date of the task.

    Status :

    Two type of status is available.
    1. Pending : When you first request a quote the admin panel will review the quote. That time the status will be “Pending�?.
    2. Answered : When the admin panel are done reviewing the quote, the status will show "Answered".

  • Here you can only click the Quote ID.

  • After selecting Quote ID, you will see something like these.

    Here some things are added, these are.

    1. Job ID : It will be the quote id.
    2. Job Title : The title chosen by you while requesting this quote.
    3. Original Price : The original price the admin panel have decided will pop here.
    4. Total Price : The total price of the given task will be shown here.
    5. Category : The category chosen by you while requesting this quote.
    6. Format return file as : The format images will be provided.
    7. File Location : The file location is indicated here. You can go to file directory by clicking this writing.
    8. Quantity : Total quantity of images that will be provided to you.
    9. Start Date : Starting date of this quote.
    10. Status : It will indicate admin panels review on your quote.
    11. Invoice Status : It will show whether the invoice is pending or not.
  • If you have anything to comment you can write it here.

    1. Title : The title of the sub order.
    2. Quantity : Total amount of sub order.
    3. Deadline : Time when it will be finished.
  • If you want to make this quote into an order you simply have to click "Place To Order". It will take all the information from the quote with it and create an order.

    Then you have to select job type. There are two options for you.

    1. One Time : Here you have to put the price and Deadline for the job.
    2. Monthly : If you have a lot of work then you can choose monthly option. Here you have to
  • give an estimated monthly work volume, meaning how much work will be given in a month. And also you have to mention the price for that amount of work.

    Then you have to click "Submit".

    Place Order:

  • If you want to place an order you just simply have to click on "Place Order" which is at top of the homepage.

    After selecting "Place Order" you can give all the information about the project.

    1. Job Title : You need to give a title for your job.
    2. Job Category : From a given list you have to choose the category of the job.
    3. Format : return file as : From a given list you can choose the format you want your images back.
    4. Do you need path : You can select whether you need the path or not here.
    5. Quantity (Number of images) : Here you can mention, in total how many images you need.
    6. Job Type : Here you have to select either "One Time" or "Monthly".
    7. One Time : In one time job you only have to pay once, here you have to mention the price and the deadline for the job to be done.

    Monthly:

  • if you have much work to be done then you can choose monthly, In that case you can pay once in a month. You need to mention an estimated amount of work you want to be done in a month, you also need to mention the amount you are willing to spend in one month.

    Instruction Message :

  • If you have any special message you can simply type that here. After giving all the information you simply have to click on "Next".

  • Here you can see all the formats we support. You can either choose your files from the directory or you can drag and drop them as well. All the formats you can choose your file from is given and you can upload as many files as you want. After selecting you just have to click "Finish".

  • Only those quotes that have been selected as place to order will appear in my order.

    2. Order ID : It will be the unique id for your order. Each order id will be different from one another.
    3. Job Name : The job name that you provided while ordering will be in this section.
    4. Category : The category that you put the job into will be shown in this section.
    5. Deadline (Hr) : Here the deadline of the job will be shown. Meaning how much time it will take for the job to be finished.
    6. Start Date : It will show the starting time of the order.
    7. Status : It will depend on the admin panel. At first it will show "Pending", once reviewed it will show "Answered".
  • You can only click "Order ID" here. Once you click this, you will be redirect to this page.

    1. Job ID : It is the same as order id.
    2. Job Title : The title you gave while ordering will appear here.
    3. Original Price : The original price the admin panel have decided will pop here.
    4. Total Price : The total price of the given task will be shown here.
    5. Job Category : The category you gave while ordering will appear here.
    6. Format : The format of images that will be delivered to you will appear here.
    7. File Location : The file location is indicated here. You can go to file directory by clicking this writing.
    8. Quantity : Total number of images you want will be shown here.
    9. Status : It will show "Pending" or "Answered" depending on admin panels review.
    10. Invoice Status : It will show whether the invoice is pending or paid.
    11. Pay Now : Here you can choose to pay now.
    12. Sub Order : If you want something more to be done, you can just simply order extra here. That will be added as a sub order. After clicking sub order you have to fill out some boxes.
    13. Job Title : The title you gave while ordering sub order will appear here.
    14. Format : The format of images that will be delivered to you will appear here.
    15. Job Category : The category you gave while ordering will appear here.
    16. Quantity : Total number of images you want for sub order will be shown here.
    17. Price : The price of the given sub order will be shown here.
    18. Dead Line(Hr) : Time when it will be finished.
    19. Instruction Message : Any instruction message you want to give for the sub order.
  • All the extra order will be shown here.

    2. Price : The individual price of the sub order.
    3. Quantity : Total amount of sub order.
    4. Deadline : Time when it will be finished.

    File Management:

  • All your files that you’ve uploaded for quotes, orders can be founded through this directory. Here the title will be user name.

    Like in this image the title is "pm". That means the user name is pm.

  • If you click on your user name, three things will be shown to you. These are, Quotes, Order and Complete.

    1. Quotes : All the files that have been uploaded as quotes will be in Quote folder.
    2. Order : All the files that have been uploaded as orders will be in Order folder.
    3. Complete : Those projects which have been already over will be in Complete folder.
  • You can download, upload or delete these files by clinking these icons.

    Testimonial :

  • You can give your testimonial here. The testimonial can be about the quality, service of the project that has been served to you. Your testimonial won’t be instantly shown in the website. It will be reviewed by the admin panel and then it will be showed. You just have to give your testimonial and click on "Update".

    Chat:

  • Sometimes a user may want to know something and a query can be made through chatting with the staff of TaskShop-Order Management System. We are here 24/7 for your service so no matter what query you want to make we are here to answer that.

    You simply have to type your user name and password in the given boxes of the image. Then you have to click "Login".

  • If you’re a guest user or your not synced with our website then you can simply chat with our representative from the bottom right corner also, you just have to type your name and email address. Then you can consult with our customer care officers.
  • Invoice:

  • In "Invoice" all the billing information is available. After getting a quote the quotes been instantly monitored and given a possible outcome to the user.

    1. SL : It will be the serial number of your invoices.
    2. Service : It will be the name of the services for which the invoice has been made.
    3. Invoice ID : It will be a unique id indicating each invoice.
    4. Invoice Date : The day this invoice was issued will be shown here.
    5. Status : It will show whether the invoice has been paid by you or not.
    6. You can sort out all the invoices into paid and pending. Each invoice has a different id containing important criteria like name, address, city, country, phone number, email etc. The full price and quantity is mentioned in the invoice. Status shows whether the invoice has been paid or yet to be paid. Printed version of the invoice is also available.

    Change Password:

  • : If user wants to change his/her password it can be done in this section

    Simply you have to type the old password once and then new password twice. Then you have to click "Submit". Then the new password will be activated.

    User Guide :

  • This option will allow the user to go to the user guide made for customer service. It has all the information about every possible thing in this website. Every step is described here briefly so that user can take a peak about anything that is unclear to him/her. With the help of this user guide everything will look quite easy to the customer.

    If You are using "TaskShop-Order Management System User Guide 1.0.0" and if you want to update on "TaskShop-Order Management System User Guide 2.0.0" then go to this # and download the zip file and follow the instraction.
    Step-1: Extract update.zip file then you will get the update.php file
    Step-2: Copy update.php file and paste the file in your project root.
    Step-3: Run your update.php file (www.yourdomain.com/update.php)
    Step-4: when your address ber will stop reloading then login your account and see the update massege on your update menu under setting.
